Absolutely! We can make just
about anything you like. Many of you have great ideas
but don't have all the technical skills to make something.

Costume Request to request any item.

No, we specialize in making custom-fitted
items specifically for you using your exact measurements.
We may ask for up to 55 different measurements depending
on your order. If you order via email, we will ask you
for certain measurements. When you use our Shopping
Cart, there's a link to the Measurements Form on the
Order Form listing the needed and/or desired measurements
with room for special instructions. You can also access
the Measurements Form under My Wardrobe on the Home
page to see what we might ask for. Few items are off-the-shelf
or one-size-fits-many, although sizes may be available.
Everything is made to fit you precisely as a general
rule.

We don't usually staff events,
fairs, festivals or cons. You may come to our shops
but our focus is on-line. If you don't see certain costumes
already on our web site, ask us to email you what we
may have.

We have many costume images
not on-line yet because of the time and expense it takes
to reprocess so many costume item images. If you don't
see costume images on the main costume pages, look for
the Sample Costume Stages pages under About Us where
you may find many images being staged for the web site.
Ask us, there are many costumes not on the web site
yet.

We charge you for shipping,
handling and insurance, which we will quote you at the
time of your order via email, or the Shopping Cart will
calculate the amount automatically. We will ask you
to pay .03% of your purchase price if you use PayPal
for credit card or check processing to cover PayPal
processing fees. We may ask you to pay CA sales tax
if your address is in CA. There's no sales tax using
our on-line Shopping Cart except in California.

Most of our costumes are not
for rent. We may consider rentals of certain costumes
and mascots for corporate events. Fees include hourly,
daily or weekly rates, plus travel and expenses to hire
us to staff your event.

Not really, but you may ask
and we'll see what's possible.

No.

Products are usually made
from 100% U.S.A. made materials. You will be notified
if materials are not American made or blends. Fabric
and care directions are available if requested.

Yes, we sell patterns but
rarely because many of our costumes require advanced
skills. Each pattern is about 35-75% of the cost of
a costume, with and without directions, depending on
the purchase price. We sell custom uniform, costume
and mascot designs and patterns to corporations.

Yes, we have access to mass-production
in Mexico, Argentina and China. We also have access
to textile mills that will make custom fabrics to your
exact specifications.

Yes, we schedule a variety
of classes. Contact us and we may be able to help you
schedule a class in a city near you.
Special classes for teenagers and young adults may be
available to help you finish your cosplay, anime and
manga costume. For example, you may have the sewing
skills but not the patterning expertise. We'll help
you. What's your challenge? We may be able to help you
finish it.
